Course Info | Backwoods Challenge

Since the Backwoods Challenge course will be located alongside the Green Swamp Wilderness Preserve in Lakeland/Polk City, FL you can expect that there will be some awesome terrain to conquer, perhaps some wildlife to dodge, and some challenging obstacles both natural and manmade to put yourself to the physical test.

Course Construction

Backwoods Challenge Obstacle Course is well under way and is working hard to build big obstacles that can take alot of traffic and yield a lot of fun and challenge to all the participants that dare to take on the challenge and "Be an Outsider" on October 6, 2012!

A 5K course that is sure to bring out your best and we’ve brought out the heavy machinery to build it. Using the natural elements found we will be utilizing them to put some great obstacles together. FREE Kids Race! Kids course currently under way and will be ready race day.
